Simple, transparent pricing. No surprise bills.
Haven is an out-of-network, private-pay practice. That choice lets me give you a full hour, one-on-one, every visit, with a treatment plan built around your goals instead of insurance visit limits.
What a visit costs
| Service | Length | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Discovery call Phone or video — no pressure, no commitment | 15 min | Free |
| Initial evaluation In person or virtual | 60 min | Shared on your call |
| Follow-up visit | 60 min | Shared on your call |
Exact rates and package options are quoted on your free call and confirmed in writing before anything is booked — you’ll never see a number for the first time on a bill. Under the federal No Surprises Act, self-pay patients also have the right to a written Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before care.
What the model buys you
More time
Many insurance-based clinics see two or three patients an hour. You get me for the full hour.
Fewer visits
Focused, one-on-one sessions often mean reaching goals in fewer appointments.
Your plan, your pace
No insurance deciding how many visits you “need.”
Privacy
No diagnosis shared with an insurer unless you choose to submit it.
Superbills make reimbursement easy
Many plans reimburse part of out-of-network physical therapy. After each visit I’ll give you a superbill — a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance company. Call your insurer and ask:
- Do I have out-of-network physical therapy benefits?
- What’s my out-of-network deductible, and how much have I met?
- What percentage do you reimburse after the deductible?
- Do I need a physician referral or prior authorization?
HSA and FSA cards are accepted for physical therapy services.
Life with kids and jobs happens — if you need to cancel or reschedule, please give as much notice as you can. The full cancellation policy comes with your intake forms, in writing, before your first visit.
You don’t have to keep putting this off.
